• Please read the premium before making your entry. There is a worksheet at the end to help with your submission.
• If you are entering multiple dogs, they must all be entered at the same time before submitting. You cannot go back and edit the entry or add more dogs after it has been submitted.
• If you are making an entry on behalf of a junior, please make a note on the entry that they are under 18 so we can track the juniors entered in Nationals properly.
• If you are an AAC member, please note your membership number in the “Notes” box
• Payment must be made by PayPal to fso@aac.ca
